Due to company growth we are now seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties.

• Ideally, you will be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations

• Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

• Work closely with accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics and statistical reports, and key financial metrics

• Assemble various technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses

• Possessing a knowledge of compliance, licensing, sales and business tax is valuable

The salary range for this position is between $60-70k.

Senior Accountant Qualifications:

• Data Analysis experience

• Experience with intercompany reconciliations helpful

• Strong familiarity with balance sheet reconciliations

• Customer service-oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers and staff

• 5 years accounting experience

• Solid technical skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Experience with QuickBooks and strong Excel skills, including vLook-up and pivot tables

• Supervisory experience
